It is my philosophy that true wellness is about the integrative harmony of all five of our bodies: the physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual and mental. I practice the art of healing and embodiment, weaving together my years of experience, study, and education to facilitate healthier stewardship of these vessels that house our souls. I don’t believe that the soul exists in only one place in the body, but that Soul is meant to thrive in every cell. Miraculous healing is possible when opening the heart to beauty, including the beauty of grief and pain. By processing shame, guilt and trauma, room is created to move into love.
Alchemizing trauma is the creation of wholeness through the integration of these five bodies. The resulting awakened consciousness comes with living in that wholeness, rather than living from old survival patterns which no longer serve us or the world. This journey leads to the opening of innate gifts, moving toward a more conscious and whole life, guiding us to no longer let the pain of the past dictate our present or our future path.
